Custom Solutions to Interpersonal Crisis in the Workplace

I seldom recommend consulting businesses, as there are so many out there. However, this business stands apart from the pack. Nine Points Consulting specializes in enneagram-based consulting for the workplace.  Owner Kath Gilliam and her husband Bill are two of the most amazing people I've ever met.  Their approach to business consulting is truly like nothing else out there.  They work from the perspective of the enneagram (explained on their site), and help employers and employees find better ways to navigate "crisis" in the workplace.  Their motto is "never waste a crisis," as they feel these are the times when situations are most fertile for meaningful change.

I had the opportunity to work with with Kath Gilliam and found it to be one of the most amazing experiences of my career!

New custom horse logo: Draft Horse Team

My most recent custom horse logo for The Alexander Financial Group in PA. They own draft horses, so wanted a draft-horse-theme. "Teamwork Driving Dreams" is their tag line - Yeah!  :-)

Should you Tweet? Use Facebook? What's a Blog Anyways?

Many of you are familiar with the term social media.  Maybe some of you have embraced it. Others though are probably still asking the questions: “What the heck is social media marketing anyways?” “How can social media help my business?” and “How am I supposed to do this on top of running my business?!”

While modern social media is a fairly new concept for marking, the verdict is pretty much in - utilizing social networks CAN help your business. One business owner found a way to use these new marketing avenues to boost his business -- without having to embark on a giant learning curve himself. The key? Outsourcing!

Following is a wonderful article (found by my accountant Ray Klinc) on the subject of outsourcing your social media marketing. And, if after reading this article you decide to investigate outsourcing for your own business, feel free to contact me for a free consultation on your e-marketing needs!
